Billing questions
Common pricing questions
Contact your insurer before your first visit to verify your mental health benefits, deductible, and whether our providers are in-network. HSA and FSA cards accepted for all self-pay visits.
Do I need insurance to be seen?
No. We welcome self-pay patients at all times. Our self-pay rates are published above — no referral, no insurance required. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
When is payment collected?
Payment is collected at the time of service for self-pay patients. For insured patients, any patient responsibility (copay, deductible) is due at the time of your visit. We accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA, and FSA.
What if I can't afford the full rate?
Reach out before your appointment. We can discuss payment plans and sliding scale options in certain circumstances. Cost should not be the reason someone doesn’t get psychiatric care.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full visit fee. This is not covered by insurance. Please contact us as soon as you know you need to change your appointment.
Does the monthly membership include the initial evaluation?
No — the initial evaluation ($299) is a separate one-time fee for new patients. The monthly membership ($249/mo) applies to ongoing follow-up care after your evaluation is complete.
Can I use GoodRx for my prescriptions?
Yes. Prescriptions are sent electronically to any pharmacy you choose. GoodRx, RxSaver, and similar discount programs can significantly reduce medication costs — especially for uninsured patients. Ask us for guidance on which programs work best for your medications.
