Terms & Conditions

01. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using any services provided by TTT Psychiatry / Priority Medical Group (“TTT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website at ttt.coach, scheduling any appointment, or receiving care from our providers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02. Services provided

TTT Psychiatry / Priority Medical Group provides outpatient telehealth psychiatric and mental health services, including but not limited to:

  • Psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
  • Medication management and prescription services
  • Treatment planning and care coordination
  • Wellness education and behavioral health support
  • Follow-up visits and ongoing psychiatric monitoring

Our services are provided exclusively via telehealth (video or phone) and are available to eligible patients in the states where our providers are licensed. We currently serve patients in Arizona, Nevada, California, and Oregon, subject to change.

03. Telehealth consent

By scheduling and attending a telehealth appointment with TTT Psychiatry, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

  • Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to deliver healthcare services remotely
  • You understand the limitations of telehealth compared to in-person care, including the inability to perform physical examinations
  • You consent to the electronic transmission of your personal health information as part of your telehealth encounter
  • You understand that technical difficulties may interrupt or prevent a telehealth session
  • You are responsible for ensuring a private, secure environment during your appointment
  • You have the right to refuse or withdraw from telehealth at any time without affecting your right to future care

All telehealth sessions are conducted on a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted platform. Sessions are never recorded without explicit written consent from both the patient and the provider.

04. Not an emergency service

IMPORTANT: TTT Psychiatry is an outpatient telehealth practice only. We are NOT an emergency or crisis service. We cannot guarantee immediate response at any time.

If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, are in immediate danger, or are having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, you must contact emergency services immediately:

  • Call or text 988 — Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (24/7, free, confidential)
  • Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room
  • Text HOME to 741741 — Crisis Text Line

Do not wait for a response from TTT Psychiatry if you are in a crisis. Our response time is within one business day under normal circumstances.

05. Eligibility

To receive services from TTT Psychiatry, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Be physically located in a state where your provider is licensed at the time of your appointment
  • Be 18 years of age or older (adolescents 16–17 may be seen with written parental or guardian consent)
  • Have access to a device capable of supporting a video or phone call
  • Provide accurate and complete personal, medical, and insurance information
  • Not require a higher level of care than outpatient telehealth services can safely provide

TTT Psychiatry reserves the right to decline to initiate or continue services with any individual at any time, for any clinically or professionally appropriate reason, in accordance with applicable law and ethical standards.

06. Appointments, fees & cancellation

Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled online through our patient portal or by contacting our office. No referral is required for new patients.

Fees: Current self-pay rates are listed on our website. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize payment of applicable fees. Insurance reimbursement is your responsibility to verify with your insurer prior to your visit. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate — request one at any time.

Cancellation policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows may be charged up to the full visit fee. This fee is not covered by insurance.

Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule. The appointment may still be charged as a late cancellation at our discretion.

07. Prescriptions & controlled substances

TTT Psychiatry provides medication management as part of comprehensive psychiatric care. The following terms apply to all prescriptions issued through our practice:

  • Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of your provider — no prescription is guaranteed
  • Controlled substances (including stimulants such as Adderall, Vyvanse, and Ritalin) require a thorough evaluation prior to prescribing and are not issued at a first visit without complete assessment
  • Ongoing prescriptions for controlled substances require active follow-up care — prescriptions will not be refilled without a scheduled visit
  • Medications prescribed through TTT Psychiatry are for the exclusive use of the named patient and may not be shared, sold, or transferred
  • Misrepresentation of symptoms or history to obtain medications constitutes fraud and will result in immediate termination of care

08. Privacy & HIPAA

TTT Psychiatry / Priority Medical Group is a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We are committed to protecting your protected health information (PHI) in accordance with all applicable federal and state privacy laws.

Your health information will not be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required or permitted by law, including:

  • Treatment, payment, and healthcare operations as permitted under HIPAA
  • Mandatory reporting obligations (child abuse, elder abuse, imminent danger to self or others)
  • Responses to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders)

For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please review our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, amend, and request restrictions on your health information at any time.

09. Patient responsibilities

To receive safe and effective care through TTT Psychiatry, patients agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your health history, medications, and symptoms at all times
  • Notify your provider promptly of any changes in your health status, medications, or contact information
  • Attend scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice of cancellation
  • Use medications as prescribed and not share, sell, or misuse prescription medications
  • Contact 911 or 988 in a mental health emergency — not TTT Psychiatry
  • Treat all TTT Psychiatry staff with respect — abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward any team member is grounds for immediate termination of care
  • Maintain a private, stable environment during telehealth visits
  • Fulfill financial obligations in a timely manner

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TTT Psychiatry / Priority Medical Group and its providers, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including professional malpractice liability subject to state licensing board standards.

11. Termination of care

Either party may terminate the patient-provider relationship at any time. TTT Psychiatry may discontinue services under the following circumstances, with reasonable notice where clinically appropriate:

  • Patient’s non-compliance with treatment recommendations or these terms
  • Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward staff
  • Fraudulent or misleading information provided to obtain medications or services
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Patient requires a higher level of care than we can safely provide
  • Patient’s condition falls outside the scope of our practice

When terminating care, TTT Psychiatry will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, referrals to alternative providers to ensure continuity of care and avoid patient abandonment under applicable standards
