As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, we provide comprehensive ADHD evaluation, diagnosis, and personalized treatment — entirely via telehealth.
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects how the brain regulates attention, impulse control, and executive function. It is not a character flaw, a lack of willpower, or a childhood phase you outgrow.
Millions of adults live with undiagnosed ADHD — especially women and individuals with the inattentive type, who were often written off as “spacey,” “lazy,” or “not trying hard enough.” The reality is their brains are working differently, not defectively.
As both an FNP-BC and PMHNP-BC, I bring dual clinical expertise to ADHD care — understanding the full medical and psychiatric picture so nothing gets missed.
Difficulty focusing, forgetful, easily distracted, loses things. Often missed — especially in women and girls.
Restlessness, interrupting, acting before thinking, difficulty sitting still or waiting.
Features of both inattentive and hyperactive-impulsive types — the most common presentation in adults.
ADHD looks different in adults than in children. If several of these resonate with you, it’s worth a proper evaluation.
My approach to ADHD is thorough, individualized, and collaborative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all psychiatry — your treatment plan is built around your brain, your life, and your goals.
A thorough 60-minute assessment covering your full symptom history, childhood and adult presentations, co-occurring conditions, and functional impact across work, relationships, and daily life. I use validated rating scales alongside clinical interview — not just a checklist.
Stimulant and non-stimulant options carefully selected for your specific brain chemistry, medical history, and lifestyle. Options include Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, Strattera, Wellbutrin, and others — titrated carefully with close monitoring and regular adjustment.
Practical, evidence-based tools for organization, time management, emotional regulation, and executive function — built around your actual life. I help you build systems that work with your ADHD brain, not against it.
ADHD rarely travels alone. I screen and treat co-occurring anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and mood dysregulation — conditions frequently missed when providers focus on ADHD in isolation. As both FNP-BC and PMHNP-BC, I see the full picture.
Schedule your ADHD evaluation directly — no referral needed. Same-week availability.
Full psychiatric assessment via telehealth. We cover everything — not just current symptoms.
You leave with a clear diagnosis (if applicable), a treatment plan, and medication if appropriate.
Regular follow-ups to monitor and adjust — plus text-friendly messaging between visits.
“My mission is simple: help you Think more clearly, Transform your approach, and Thrive in your daily life. That’s TTT.”
I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) — a dual certification that gives me a uniquely comprehensive view of your health. While most psychiatric providers focus only on mental health, my FNP background means I also understand the medical conditions and medications that can mimic, mask, or worsen ADHD symptoms.
This matters for ADHD because conditions like thyroid disorders, sleep apnea, nutritional deficiencies, and cardiovascular health all intersect with attention and focus. I evaluate the whole person — not just the presenting complaint.
I founded TTT Psychiatry to offer patients the kind of thorough, unhurried, relationship-based psychiatric care that simply isn’t possible in high-volume insurance-based practices. You deserve a provider who knows your name, your history, and your goals — not just your chart.
ADHD is absolutely a lifelong condition. Research shows that while hyperactivity may decrease with age, inattention and executive function challenges persist into adulthood for most people. Millions of adults were never diagnosed as children — particularly women, who present differently and are frequently overlooked. If you’ve always felt like you were working twice as hard as everyone else for half the result, a proper evaluation is worth pursuing.
There is no single blood test or brain scan for ADHD. Diagnosis involves a comprehensive clinical evaluation — a detailed interview covering your current symptoms, history across settings (work, home, relationships), validated rating scales, and ruling out other conditions that can look like ADHD. Our dual FNP-BC and PMHNP-BC background means we are uniquely positioned to evaluate both the medical and psychiatric picture thoroughly.
Not automatically — and never without your agreement. Medication is often the most effective first-line treatment for ADHD, but it is always your choice. We discuss all options including non-stimulant medications, behavioral strategies, lifestyle adjustments, and combined approaches. We prescribe based on what fits your life, your preferences, and your medical history.
Yes, in most states and circumstances. Telehealth prescribing of controlled substances including stimulants (Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin) is permitted under current DEA and state regulations. A thorough evaluation is required first — we do not prescribe controlled substances at a first visit without a complete assessment. Your safety and clinical appropriateness always come first.
This is very common — ADHD frequently co-occurs with anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and mood conditions. Many adults are treated for anxiety or depression for years without anyone identifying the underlying ADHD. As both FNP-BCs and PMHNPs, we evaluate and treat the full picture — not just one diagnosis in isolation. This is one of the key advantages of working with our team.
ADHD is a chronic condition, so most patients benefit from ongoing care rather than a fixed course of treatment. That said, many patients notice significant improvements within the first 4–8 weeks of starting the right medication. We check in regularly, adjust as needed, and track your progress over time so your treatment evolves as you do.
